Learning for alternate work week Empty Learning for alternate work week

This is a very nice thermostat that can have unlimited daily program settings. However, this thermostat is not very good at learning especially if you have irregular schedules or if you work alternate weeks. If anyone has a solution please advice.

If I have to constantly set the thermostat, how smart is the thermostat?!
